Before ordering
Checkout must show destination, method, total cost, expected window and restrictions before payment can be authorised.
After dispatch
A dispatch status may follow only a real fulfilment or carrier event. A tracking reference is not proof of delivery.
Handover problems
Damage, missing items or non-delivery should be reported with an order reference and verifiable evidence. The final process remains pending.
