A final return and withdrawal policy can be published only with merchant identity and legal approval.

Swiss online retail should not promise a blanket withdrawal right without checking the merchant policy and any mandatory rights.
Required process
Start date, item condition, notice, return address, costs, inspection, diminished value and refund route must be clear before launch.
Defect or transit damage
These cases must not be merged with a voluntary return. The future text must explain separate routes and applicable rights.
